A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to be the Key member of the commercial team in Infrastructure Services to protect the company’s interest and deliver tender margin-plus, through effective cost and value management.

  • Develop and adherence to Project commercial strategy
  • Provide Commercial management on target costs
  • Deliver Procurement of works to meet programme and tender
  • Provide payment applications to clients and collection of cash
  • Provide supply chain procurement, management and payment
  • Assist with providing commercial and financial reporting information
  • Deliver Monthly Cost and Value Reporting
We’re looking for:
  • Qualified Degree, HNC or similar level
  • Achievement of or working towards professional status e.g. RICS, ICE (preferred)
  • Relevant CSCS card
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant commercial experience within the construction industry, preferably on Rail projects with a Civils, Building bias
  • Experience of ICC/NEC forms of contracts
