Project Manager (Property Development)

We are looking for a new team member for a Project Manager position:

Main tasks:
  • Manages the whole investment process of office buildings
  • Manages the project preparation process, creates project strategy
  • Coordinates of design from permitting phase
  • Manages the cooperation with the general contractor during the whole execution phases.
  • Defines the vision, inspires and motivates employees to achievements in the area of EHS
  • Prepares and follows-up the budget and schedule (including financial reporting)
  • Cooperates with leasing & asset department
  • Builds effective teams, defines the vision, inspires and motivates employees to achievements
  • Evaluates new possibilities on the market and project concepts
  • Supports and coordinates divestment process
  • Works closely with General Contractor, Architects, Neighbors, Municipalities, other institutions
Required Background & Skills:
  • University or College Degree in Engineering / Construction / Architecture
  • At least 5 years of solid commercial development experience
  • Fluent/Native Hungarian and English knowledge
  • Strong project management skills with very good project development knowledge
  • Business sense and an internal drive to achieve goals
  • High ethical standards
  • Very good team skills with a will to share knowledge and develop people
  • Strong and proven leadership skills
  • Willing to work in flexible hours and travel
