We currently have a vacancy for a Mobile Building Fabric Technician to join our Scotland based facilities management team.

As a Mobile Building Fabric Technician you will be responsible for delivering basic maintenance and minor repairs to our clients. Working as part of a wider maintenance team you will ensure buildings are operational and maintained to the highest standard.  You will be required to respond in a prompt and effective manner to all building fabrics related issues, and help desk requests.


Previous experience required of carrying out general building fabric related inspections, PPM’s and reactive maintenance repair work as well as City and Guilds/SQA qualification with a traditional trade desirable but not essential.  A relevant CSCS card is also desirable and you must be able to demonstrate you are;

  • Good organisational skills
