What You’ll Do:

  • Support our overall sales and marketing efforts for Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS);
  • Assist in producing, editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations;
  • Assist in producing newsletters and other internal communications materials for the national SIS team;
  • Collect and enter information into our project database;
  • Gather and update resumes and project data in the Cosential database;
  • Participate in proposal kickoff meeting with project team;
  • Assist in gathering information for proposal(s);
  • Work on assigned proposal sections.

We’re Looking For:

  • Entry level to 2 years of prior marketing related experience;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to effectively manage time and stay organized;
  • The ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Graphics skills/capabilities;
  • Ability to adapt to different communication styles;
  • Data entry skills;
  • A team-player mindset;
  • A willingness to learn;
  • Determination and dependability.
  • Other skills that would be great to have, but aren’t required include: experience using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro, experience working with databases, experience in the construction or design industry.
