We are looking for an on-site Lifecycle Painter to join our facilities management team at the Royal Derby Hospital on a two year fixed term contract to carry out interior and exterior painting & decorating to a high standard, either alone or working as a team. 




·       Set out new work using relevant tools and materials, without supervision

·       Carry out wallpapering, papering etc., to a high level of skill      

·       Demonstrate a clear commitment to inter trade flexibility by agreement

·       Leave areas clean and tidy at all times

·       Be prepared to erect and dismantle own scaffolding after training

·       Be prepared to work at high levels on scaffold

·       Carry out sign making duties as required based on training

·       Work 37.5 hours per week, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday


We’re looking for:

·       NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 qualification

·       Previous experience painting and decorating

·       Team player
