Do you have experience of providing technical support to end users of a HR system, with the ability to undertake project work within a HR Data function? We're looking for a HR Data Specialist to be responsible for changes to employee electronic records on our HR Information System (iTrent).
You'll:
  • Ensure accurate data entered in a timely manner in association with payroll cut-off dates 
  • Data entry changes to employee electronic records including new starters, absence and leavers etc
  • Manage HR Data Team Mailbox on rota
  • Knowledge of departmental structures
  • Accurate data entry and alignment of iTrent positions with organisational structures
  • Be responsible for training our  HR Community on iTrent systems i.e. iTrent, myDetails, People Manager
We're looking for:
  • Experience of data entry, using HR information systems, such as iTrent
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and interpret varying types of people related information
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Someone with high attention to detail, accuracy and speed of input (essential)
