Helpdesk Administrator - London - Building Services
 

Our Facilities Management team are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the onsite Helpdesk function for facilities maintenance at MOD Whitehall.

 

You’ll:

  • Provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations

  • Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times

  • Generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the Skanska client monthly report

  • Assist in the collating of and production of monthly reports required by General Manager

  • Issue, distribute and process Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on monthly basis

  • Manage the parking log and communicate via security

  • Any other reasonable tasks associated with an administrative role

We’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in the Facilities Management sector is advantageous

  • Previous Admin experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of CAFM system (Concept Evolution), or similar is desirable
