Based at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, you will manage all aspects of the Hard Facilities Management PFI contract. You will lead and manage the site team in providing a safe, environmentally sound, efficient, effective business in line with the Skanska values and way of working. This will include ensuring the delivery and support teams complete all PPM and reactive works activities in line with agreed contract specification across the site. Reporting to the Project Director, you will focus on Operational excellence to ensure continuous improvement and innovative working. You will develop networks to foster future work winning opportunities, and work with the Commercial Manager to ensure financial performance is in line or improved on bid.

 

We’re looking for:

 

  • PFI and Hospital environment experience gained in Hard FM service delivery preferred
  • Engineering qualification preferred
  • Experience of continuous performance improvement of both processes and people
  • Proven leadership and development skills
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Good all round communication skills
  • A good leader, commercially and financially astute and with the ability to provide positive leadership and clear direction to a wide-ranging team.
  • Knowledge and experience of the commercial and legal structure of complex projects
  • Experience of successful working across sectors both public and private sectors. 
  • Member of industry association (BIFM, CIBSE or similar)
  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent)
  • Ability to achieve standard DBS clearance
