Customer Digitisation Manager

This is a key role in which you will lead and programme manage the continued digitisation (primarily through the Salesforce CRM platform) of Skanska UK’s customer management, business development and preconstruction activities.
You will be Skanska’s leading Salesforce champion and a regular and visible platform user developing and communicating a vision for the future of customer digitisation for Skanska UK.

You will:

• Be the Skanska UK expert of process and cultural adoption for customer digitisation, and ensure learning is continually applied to Skanska UK’s roll-out and approach.
• Be the main point of contact for Salesforce adoption and development to the Head of Preconstruction, Operating Unit Preconstruction Directors and Key Account Managers
• Be the main Skanska UK point of contact and account manager for Salesforce and any associated integrator, support or additional functionality suppliers
• Develop and maintain the internal profile of customer digitisation through a variety of media, include OneSkanska, newsletter, presentations, e-mail updates, social platforms
• Collaborate closely with the relevant IT, ERP and Operational Efficiency teams to ensure customer digitisation aligns with the Skanska UK digitisation roadmap, particularly other Salesforce non-customer / preconstruction initiatives and the integration with ERP
• Collaborate with the Customer Transformation Manager where customer insights activities may be undertaken or managed using the Salesforce CRM platform, including the management of interviews, reporting and communication of performance, and tracking of responses

We’re looking for:

• Has excellent organisational and programme management skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively at senior level to develop and maintain internal relationships
• Has a high level of experience developing and integrating CRM systems (ideally salesforce) within an organisation of similar size
• Experience of leading digital programmes across a similar size business to Skanska UK.
• Has a good level of understanding of financial management and preconstruction pipeline data
• Has experience and / or competence managing and delivering digital training materials
• Is able to work within a multi-discipline team
• Able to command respect across the business and within the team
• Can demonstrate initiative and resilience
